All watches sold on Teamwatch.id are guaranteed authentic. Each item is carefully inspected for quality, functionality, and condition before being listed and shipped. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences. Availability is subject to stock limitations.


2. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time. Promotions, special pricing, and limited editions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion.


3. Order Acceptance & Payment

An order is considered valid only after full payment is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected reseller or fraudulent orders. 4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using trusted logistics partners. Delivery times depend on destination and courier service. Teamwatch is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure situations. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all luxury watch shipments.


5. Inspection & Risk Transfer

All products are documented and inspected prior to dispatch. Once the item is handed over to the shipping provider, all risks related to delivery are transferred to the customer. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon arrival and report any issues immediately.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt with clear unboxing video evidence. Products must be unused, with all original parts, labels, and packaging intact. Refunds follow internal verification.


7. Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage follows the terms provided by the brand or Teamwatch’s internal warranty, if applicable. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage beyond specifications, or unauthorized repairs. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
